I don't know if that command fully uninstalls the files or only prevents the app from being automatically installed. The Store app is installed on our Windows 10 Enterprise systems, but we don't give users access to open the Store and log in to browse for apps. Is there a command to reinstall specific default apps to all users on a PC without giving end users access to log into the Store themselves?

We don't want to reinstall everything. We would like to reinstall a specific app such as MicrosoftStickyNotes. If the installation files are still cached on the system, we would like to reprovision it.

Otherwise, maybe we can get an offline version of the installation package and use PowerShell to install it on some systems. That won't work because Get-AppxPackage -allusers select Name, Packagefullname only shows the apps the were not removed. I just tried that command and it installed an empty tile in the Start menu. I requires Store access to complete the installation. Just as a test, I enabled Store access on this system and it still didn't install until I went into the Store and searched for the app and installed it manually.
